I'm awake...I think.

I am at school...I'm not even supposed to be awake right now, and I'm at school.

At least I have Erin with me.

Meant to be online last night, but I forgot that we had people coming over, and Nikki brought with her the first DVD of Coupling. And, omg if you haven't seen this show, you SO should! It's now under my favorites list of tv shows!

It's raining outside, and my 80 degree weather has been revoked for 40 degree weather. boo! I want my warm spring back.

And, apparently Chicago is taking bids for naming the Skyway. And I'm going, are we really that desperate for money that we need to rename the damn bridge? I like it being the Skyway.

And, note to Erin, from Raina:
Keep your horn-dog pup away from me unless you want him buried in the backyard in little pieces.

kitty-lap -warmer-thing!

Class was interesting. Schubert and I kept texting each other during class. (please note we sit right next to each other)

I have a kitty in my lap, and I don't want to go to class tonight. But I kind of have to because I've missed three classes already. bah to stupid Soc. papers.

T & I ran into Gaby on our way out and had a nice long talk with her. Apparently we aren't the only ones that haven't really been around the student union for AGU stuff. Interesting things to know.

Since I'm, unfortunately, going to class tonight, I get to swing by the book store and pick up Broken by Kelley Armstrong, because YES! It's out today!!!

And then I get to go through the torturous two hours where it sits as a heavy weight in my bag while I'm at class. I'm debating whether to pick up Advent Children tonight as well or wait for that for a few days. Might depend on if Best Buy has it on sale when I pass through. If so, it's so mine, if not, I can wait. I have the Japanese version. If I only understood Japanese

As well, I've been told I have to scan my head. Which I will see about getting to after class as I need food and to try and finish homework before class.

For those on my FL that are going "huh?" my friends and I are planning a day in Chicago after finals are over. Kind of a celebration of sorts before we are regrettably pulled in our different directions for the summer.

So far, since I'm right next to the Metra, I still vote for meeting here and then hitting the train downtown. Easier than finding someone to drive us to the Blue Line, or leaving a car in the parking lot.

Buckingham Fountain - Grant Park, Columbus Drive and Congress Parkway (after sunset, as it lights up pretty)
